| SGX MAINBOARD. The Company was incorporated in Singapore on 30 January 1973 as a private company under the name Van der Horst Asia Pte Ltd. On 29 September 1981, it was converted into a public company and changed its name to Van der Horst Ltd.
The Group is currently only active in service engineering.

| SGX SESDAQ. Wee Poh Construction Co (WPC) was started in 1977, undertaking civil engineering projects from the Public Works Department primarily in highway construction. By virtue of its G8 ranking in civil engineering by BCA, WPC is allowed to tender for road construction contracts of unlimited value. The Group has also carried out road construction prjects in Batam and Cambodia. |
